Dan has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing and management of investment-grade real estate in a wide variety of asset classes and across the property cycle. His expertise and relationships span the property markets of Australia and Asia. His clients include significant private interests across the region. Dan is a director of the White Family Group.

He has particular expertise in strategy development, troubleshooting and transaction execution for large scale real estate projects. His clients include BHP Billiton, NewsCorp, Zurich Insurance, Energex and the University of Queensland.

David joined White & Partners in 2014 following a distinguished 18 year property career including a variety of senior executive roles. These include working as General Manager, Queensland for Grocon, Director of Development at Brookfield Multiplex and Project Director at Laing O’Rourke. His varied experience covers involvement in many of Brisbane’s signature projects including Portside Wharf Hamilton, The Regent acquisition, 480 Queen Street and the development of M&A in Fortitude Valley. David is active in the Property Council of Australia as a member of the Queensland Division Council.
